Feeling peckish during your mundane meeting or before you hit your workout? Then these Energy Bites are made for you and your lifestyle as a productivity warrior.

I’ll admit as a women who manages a business, is partner in a business, works a corporate job, and lives a healthy active-lifestyle i’ve been known to let excuses get in the way of fueling my day but that ends HERE!

I’ve made these quick-style energy bites for all those out there who are the happy hustlers killing their goals and grinding, and of course thriving!

Since a food processor/blender will be the main power source behind this and the freezer will be the other main player you won’t even have to worry about countless dishes or turning on the oven and waiting that wretched timeline…

I mean come on has anyone ever said, “I love waiting to eat while my kitchen is engulfed by smells that bring all the boys to the yard?”

Yeah, I didn’t think so. Especially, because while those boys may be coming to the yard these may be too good to share, unless you’re feeling particularly hospitable.

Since these are a 100% bake-free you’ll basically have about 4 steps.

  1. Throw everything in the blender
  2. Put it in the freezer
  3. Melt chocolate drizzle ingredients
  4. Add drizzle to bites and return to freezer
  5. BAM you’re done

Simple enough to let you squeeze in those surprising client calls, but not keep you home if you have a sudden meeting.

Instructions
  1. Throw all ingredients in a food processor/blender and blend until you get a stick mixture that looks similar to the first photo in the post.
  2. Scoop into 1.5-2 Tbsp sized balls with a scooper or with your hand onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. You can make these bigger or smaller, just know it will change the nutritional information as you will have more or less bites.
  3. Store in the freezer for 30 minutes
  4. Melt the peanut butter and chocolate of choice into a microwave-safe dish for 40 seconds in 15-second intervals stirring the contents in between intervals. When complete, put it in a small snack-sized ziplock bag.
  5. Take the bites out of the freezer and cut a small hole in the corner of the ziplock bag and drizzle the mixture evenly onto the bites in any pattern you please. When complete return the bites to the freezer for 30 minutes.
  6. Optional: To add a bit of saltiness to these bites I recommend sprinkling some additional sea salt on the bites to take the bites to the next level.
