When Sweet Met Salty

Chocolate Peanut Butter Avocado Pudding

Delicious avocado pudding made with rich, chocolatey cacao and hues of peanut butter.

Have I captured your attention yet?

You may wonder how I thought of such a recipe

and to that I say…

This recipe was inspired by the bag of avocados I bought from Trader Joe’s that ripened at the same time.

I bet you would’ve never thought to make pudding out of avocados but I’m here to tell you…

Ripe avocados are made for more than just guacamole!

Don’t knock it till ya try it because you can’t taste any avocado. By using you’ll create a smooth mousse-like texture.

Now, doesn’t that sound heavenly?

Better yet, this recipe only involved a blender and a few ingredients!

All you’ll need is:

If you follow a non-vegan diet and would like to add more protein to this recipe please feel free to add in 2 scoops of collagen as it will bump up the protein intake and won’t affect the texture.

The recipe and directions are simple.

All you need to do is put everything in a food processor, blend it and bam instant sweet and savory chocolate avocado pudding with a hint of Kit Kat.
