If your in the Sunday Netflix and pajama attire, but are craving fudgy peanut buttery chocolate goodness, but yet you don’t want to move your toosh from the couch for long? Then these brownies are for you
These yummy and healthy brownies are perfect for anyone on a lower carb diet, but doesn’t want to compromise when it comes to taste. So in other words, these brownies DO NOT taste healthy.
But don’t take my biased word for it, try it for yourself!
To no surprise unless you glazed over the title of the recipe you’ll need one small ripe avocado. As we all know avocados are known for being ripe yesterday and rotten today so I highly recommend buying an additional avocado at a different level of ripeness just in case one isn’t ripe when you need it.
Additionally, you’ll need a swaggy blender that will make your brownie recipe complete with the flick of a few pulses. This is why I highly recommend my child, my Ninja blender and food processor. You can certainly use any blender just make sure it’s big enough for all of the ingredients you have…
Also, this may go as common knowledge but don’t forget to add the lid onto the blender before blending…
You know what I mean we’ve all done it once, but this recipe is not something you want smeared on you or your wall unless you and your significant other are going for a Fifty Shades of Gray reenactment…Which in that case keep that lid off!
To get that bodacious peanut butter swirl be sure to use a smooth peanut butter and use a thin knife to draw lines back and forth creating swirls of deliciousness.
With each swirl created you’ll distribute the peanut butter evenly resulting in every brownie receiving an adequate amount
